Moving your organization to a new location is a critical project, which can generate a major crisis -- or create a wonderful opportunity for growth. Focused facilitation and leadership can make all the difference.

I discovered my aptitude for this kind of project when Penguin Photo, Inc asked me to be project manager for their facilities move. I quickly oriented myself to a complex photo-production and retail operation so that we could meet a tight timeline.
