Ready Set Go!About Chris Paige
I was born in Michigan, but spent many formative years in Louisiana and Virginia, before I finally settled down in Philadelphia.
I grew up around computers and naturally began pursuing math and computer science in college. Before long, I also became intrigued with the liberal arts and added a religion major. I never expected to find a job that utilized all of these interests, but ten years working at The Other Side magazine taught me how useful that combination of aptitudes could be.
I learned the value of teamwork through more than a decade of playing organized basketball. In various professional and volunteer roles through the years, I found that I especially enjoyed helping my friends and coworkers with their projects.
My partner, Beth Stroud, and I have a dog (Boo) and two cats (Pat and Opal). We are big fans of the Temple University Women's Basketball team. Since late 2005, we have been caring for a beautiful and increasingly imp-ish foster daughter who is the light of our lives.
